With this being a time of high celebration, it seemed like the perfect time to relaunch the event design aspect of our business. The image above of M/V ‘Savarona’ – taken in the South of France – takes me back to when the vessel (classified as a ship) was relaunched in Istanbul after full refurbishment and our company took responsibility for the London guest list and event styling… one of our biggest events projects, to date. The re-launch was attended by the President and Prime Minister plus 2,000 guests inc 500 VIPs flown in from around the world, and the long weekend of parties and excursions on the yacht was covered by almost all the international press…
There were hundreds of suppliers involved in making the re-launch of M/V ‘Savarona’ a success… from caterers and florists, hoteliers, fashion designers, calligraphers, fireworks experts, PR’s, Champagne houses, furnishing suppliers, invitation designers, photographers, videographers, choreographers, travel agents, sky writers, musicians, to mention just a few… such was the scale of the exercise.
