HYDE BEACH CLUB:
Hyde Beach Club is one of my favourite spots for cocktail hour – a freshly made strawberry daiquiri in hand, watching the sun slide down over the sea and into the hills beyond. Then a fresh Salad Nicoise on the table, a glass or two of Provençal rose, great music, a chilled vibe, fabulous staff… it’s very hard to leave this behind!

PLAGE DU MARTINEZ:
During lockdown, The Martinez undertook a major renovation inside and out; the favourite choice of VIPs who fly in for the Cannes Film Festival, the hotel now has one of the most beautiful beach locations – a pontoon with double day beds, woven hanging chairs, fabulous cuisine and an amazing feature wall created by resident artist Alan Walsh.

THE CARLTON BEACH CLUB:
The Carlton is an icon on La Croisette and the beach is a magnet throughout the day – elegant guests, delicious seafood, extraordinary staff – even though the hotel is currently closed for refurbishment, the restaurant is still open on the sand, water-sports off the pontoon and excellent drinks from the bar. *The beach club’s playlist is on the website.
