NYC: VICTORIA DUBIN EVENTS

We are in awe of the Engage Summits Experience at Claridges Hotel in London – from arrivals to the final gala we were inspired, educated, entertained, and wowed!”

Victoria and Amanda Dubin, Victoria Dubin Events

In New York’s rarefied world of luxury event planning, few names carry the weight of Victoria Dubin Events. A mother-daughter firm operating out of New York, Victoria Dubin Events has spent over two decades producing high-end, bespoke events defined by personal style, sophistication, and an instinct for the extraordinary. It is a business built not on volume but on discretion – and the results speak for themselves.

Founded by Victoria Dubin, who has planned exquisite events for over twenty years, the firm’s reputation rests on a professional and reliable team producing extraordinary experiences within the discerning event industry. Victoria’s particular gift has always been her ability to translate a client’s personality into atmosphere – to make a room feel inevitable. When her daughter Amanda joined the firm, growing up in the industry before graduating from Cornell University and choosing to follow in her mother’s footsteps, the dynamic shifted in the best possible way. Two generations, two sensibilities, one uncompromising standard…

Based in New York and South Florida, Victoria Dubin Events is a full-service planning, design, and production firm creating bespoke, story-driven celebrations. Their client list – kept private, as it should be – spans social events, corporate commissions, weddings, and charitable galas. From intimate gatherings to large-scale destination weddings, the firm operates on the principle that every detail carries weight and every client deserves full attention.

Amanda, now Amanda Dubin Reeve, brought to the partnership a career shaped by stints at WME | IMG, The Estée Lauder Companies, and a strategic role at a food and beverage start-up – experiences that sharpened both her operational thinking and her eye for brand. She has also served as President of the Executive Board of GOPink, a charity raising funds for people with breast cancer, a commitment that reflects the values she and her mother have built into the business.

Early this year, Amanda’s personal life became news in its own right. In January, she married ABC News correspondent Will Reeve at the Rubell Museum in Miami – fittingly, an art museum, a venue that speaks to the couple’s shared aesthetic register. Will is the youngest son of the late Superman actor Christopher Reeve and Dana Reeve. He wore a custom black tuxedo from Michael Andrews; Amanda chose designer Danielle Frankel’s Violette dress. Will included special tributes to his late parents, Christopher and Dana Reeve, in his final look. The guest list included Will’s GMA colleagues Robin Roberts, Lara Spencer, and Sam Champion.

The marriage of an event planner to a television journalist carries a certain symmetry – both professions demand the management of high-stakes moments under public scrutiny. That Amanda planned some of New York’s most coveted events before planning her own wedding, at a museum in Miami, to the son of one of cinema’s most enduring icons, is the kind of detail that writes itself. The firm is now led by mother-daughter duo Victoria and Amanda Dubin Reeve – a new chapter in a story that has always been about family, taste, and the architecture of memorable occasions…
