C&B: “Who or what most inspires your beautiful floral decor?”
CW: “I’m inspired by lots of different things; by the seasons and the colours and shapes of the flowers in the garden and in the wider countryside, by pieces of art and also by my clients inspiration when designing for their weddings and events…”
I live near Bristol with my husband, our little boy and our beloved ginger cat called Parnsip. When I’m not creating with flowers, I’m usually found growing them in our garden. I love standing barefoot in grass, taking woodland walks and exploring National Trust Properties, especially those with beautiful gardens and glasshouses filled with plants…”

C&B: “You’re lifestyle sounds quintessentially English and totally idyllic! How do you typically prepare for summer and do you have any plans around the Chelsea In Bloom/Chelsea Flower Show season?”
CW: “We prepare by making sure we have been really organised over the quieter months so we can just focus on giving our clients the best experience for them during the busy wedding season!”
C&B: “Your part of England is renowned for its beauty and fabulous locations – which are your personal favourites?”
CW: “We have flowered at so many beautiful venues and have many favourites, some of which are Belcombe Court, Cornwell Manor and St Giles House. But we also love to flower a private home wedding too, there’s something extremely special and privileged in being invited into someone’s home for such a special event. We love to flower all kinds of events and weddings and relish putting our stamp on each floral brief, whether it’s an event, branding client or a wedding…”
I love British flowers, British garden roses, sweet rocket and sweet peas – mainly for their unparalleled scent and wiggly stems. All of my designs take scents into account and we often use herbs or scented foliage as well to bring the flowers beyond just the visual experience…”

C&B: “In your experience, what are the most popular floral trends among couples getting married in 2025?”
CW: “Colour is back in a big way with couples experimenting with new palettes and not sticking with the classic greens and whites. We’re really looking forward to creating a lilac and orange wedding palette this year and a chartreuse mixed with pinks…”
