YH: “I approach every wedding with fresh eyes and I’d describe my style of photography as editorial, candid. Refined yet natural, with an eye for details, fashion influence, and the in-between moments that make a wedding unforgettable…”
Our wedding photo sessions range from between eight and twelve hours, with options for second shooters and videography. ‘Sneak peeks’ are delivered the following day, and full galleries within three to four weeks. I’d say it is much faster than the industry average…”

C&B: “Your home locations of NYC and California both have beautiful locations to shoot couple’s photography – which are your personal favourites?”
YH: “In California, I love photographing weddings at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Beach, a number of private vineries and around La Jolla – the light is unmatched…”
C&B: “Final question , Yurii – thinking of the future, what are your aspirations for the coming months?”
YH: “On my wish list? I have a dream to shoot a wedding in the New York Public Library one day. Also, I’d love to work with planners Lisa Vorce, Mindy Weiss, Colin Cowie, Easton Events, JZ Events, Marcy Blum, Rafanelli Events, Sarah Haywood, Alison Events, and Michelle Sheppard. I don’t have everything I want yet, but I already have everything I once dreamed of only five years ago – this philosophy keeps me in a state of gratitude while I strive forward…”
