Jenifer Haider Chowdhury, Architectural Designer

Jenifer Haider Chowdhury is an architectural designer who is currently conducting explorations with AI in the fields of architecture, fashion, and art while preparing herself for higher studies. Jenifer won first place in both the Arch Hive AI Architecture 2022 and the Parametric Architecture AI Creative Challenge 5.0 in 2024. She also received an honourable mention in the architecture category and was a finalist in the fashion category in the Charis AI Award in 2024, as well as being a finalist with special recognition in the architecture category in the AI Design Award 2025. Jenifer states that her most significant published works to date are her AI visuals presented at Tomas De Bruyne’s launch event in London for his latest book, ‘THE ART OF DESIGN’ (below), which we discuss here along with visuals from her collection…




I’ve been following Tomas De Bruyne’s work for a couple of years and I’m a major fan of his. Last January, I was offered an amazing opportunity by Tomas to collaborate with him on creating AI visuals for the launch event of his amazing book ‘The ART OF DESIGN’ in London and for his special lecture about AI in Bahamas…”

Jenifer’s work has been published across several international platforms, including multiple projects in Amazing Architecture – one of the largest global architectural platforms, in an interview and collaboration with Caparol (Germany), featured Q&A in Die Architekt (Germany), an online presentation at Wes Landschafts Architektur (Germany), and collaboration with Ciolina (Switzerland). Her work has also been showcased at the International Art Museum of America, San Francisco (Charis AI Award), as well as through interview and exhibition in Japan and South Korea by Art Beacon Gallery…





My collaborations with Tomas have taught me how to visualise something which is very emotional and intangible, how to perceive the meaning of a colour, shape, and texture according to the context, how to understand the requirements of the client and then push the boundaries, therefore creating something new while always respecting the client’s preference. I’m so grateful to Tomas for that amazing opportunity…”

Jenifer’s work has been featured in AI Architects Magazine and the Spanish fashion magazine Marfa Magazine, along with exhibitions in Barcelona, Spain (AI Design Award), theInternational Festival of Electronic Language by File Festival, Brazil, and Digital Design Days, Italy by Prompt Magazine and 8th Architecture and People Festival in Tehran, Iran (AIPEX AWARD). Additionally, Jenifer has collaborated with Elora 3D (USA) and my works have been featured on online across the Europe, Asia and the Middle East…



Amongst my honours, I was selected as one of the guest designers at the AIPEX AWARD 2025. I always want to create and design in a way that people sense beauty, curiosity and surrealism. It could be through architecture, fashion or art. I envisage creating a new sense of the surreal through my work, where people feel joy, hope, comfort and heal their inner soul with curiosity and strong emotional connection…”

My dream project would be to work again with Tomas De Bruyne because our recent projects together have been the most meaningful experiences of my entire life. The collaboration has been super-educational, and I have learned so many things from him. Additionally, the experience has been very communicative and understanding; every aspect of the collaboration has been the best while I’ve been working with him. It also boosted my skills significantly and expanded the way I think about design, creativity, and philosophy.
