RG: “My company was born from a passion for bringing people together, designing beautiful spaces, and delivering impeccable experiences. I’d already honed exceptional organisational skills, a methodical approach, and a propensity for managing complex, high-pressure projects as a Senior Project Manager and Operations Director in the corporate world. Wanting to channel this expertise into something more personal and creative, I founded Rosie Green Events (RGE) to blend these skills with my love of luxury hospitality, meaningful connections, and thoughtfully curated design…”
C&B: “You’ve organised some amazing events – which one particularly stands out for you and you feel particularly proud of?”
RG: “Apollo’s Muse is the most exclusive members’ club in London. Adorned with the world’s largest private collection of Ancient Greek statues, the venue provided a breathtaking backdrop for an unforgettable event I curated recently. Every detail was meticulously designed, from the bespoke linens created for the event to the exquisite florals and tablescapes. It was deeply immersive; a perfect balance of effortlessk sophistication and joy-filled revelry, unfolding alongside exquisite aesthetics, exceptional food, world-class drinks, and high-energy entertainment. It epitomised the RGE approach! From the moment guests arrived to the final toast, the event was a visual masterpiece and just flowed so naturally – for me, the definition of a perfect event…”

This requires meticulous planning and precise scheduling. Service is key, too – it should be impeccable yet discreet, ensuring every guest feels considered and cared for. C&B: “Final question, Rosie: As well as securing key vendors for your event, the right venue is fundamental – which can you personally recommend?”
RG: “I appreciate heritage, craftsmanship, and a sense of exclusivity; I work regularly in the Cotswolds so Kin House is a firm favourite – it’s a stunning country house with impeccable interiors, a warm, contemporary feel – and an excellent team. In Yorkshire, Grantley Hall effortlessly combines historic charm with world-class hospitality. In Scotland, Edinburgh’s Gleneagles Townhouse is a personal favourite. It mixes contemporary with classic design, and offers fantastic service – perfect for an intimate wedding or private party. For London celebrations, I love the refined grandeur of ‘Café Royal’ – the Grill Room is incredible, Knightsbridge’s ‘The Franklin’ is chic and intimate, and the sheer exclusivity and design of ‘Apollo’s Muse’ – which I mentioned earlier – is inspiring.
